A little time and patience will result in the best of both worlds.

Start with an easy chorus recipe and the best-selling fruit dip recipe from Star Fruit, the first-ever family-owned and operated fruit company in the United States.

Chorus uses a blend of fresh fruits, herbs and spices to create this creamy, smooth, flavorful dip.

With the right fruit, this dip can also be used as a dipping sauce, a salad dressing, or even a dip for sandwiches.

Start by making a basic fruit dip using frozen chorus and berries.

Add the chorus berries to a jar with a splash of olive oil and chill the berries overnight to soften.

Add fresh fruit and spices, such as cinnamon, rosemary and oregano.

Add chopped walnuts, fresh chorus orchard orchards, and pecans to the jar.

Cover the jar and allow the berries to fully thaw overnight.

Meanwhile, blend in fresh fruit ingredients and seasonings such as lemon zest, garlic powder, and cinnamon.

Add additional spices as needed to taste.

Dip a bowl of chorus, chopped walnut and pecan pieces into the prepared jar.

Top with fresh fruit.

To serve, place a dollop of the chreek dip on a sandwich, a side salad, or as a dip to top a salad.

For the best result, freeze the chuks in a cool spot for at least 24 hours before using.
