How to make kale salad in under an hour
Kale salad can be an easy way to eat healthy when you want to cut out all the meat and processed foods.
Here are some ideas for the recipe.
1.
1/4 cup chopped kale leaves.
This is optional but I like to use it for the salad, as it gives it a slightly earthy taste.
If you like, you can even add a little fresh mint for a bit of crunch.

3 cups of cooked black beans, rinsed and drained.

1 tsp.
finely chopped parsley.
3/4 tsp.
freshly ground black pepper.

1 can of chickpeas, riced.

1 cup diced tomatoes.

1 small tomato, diced.

1 avocado, diced and sliced.

1 garlic clove, minced.
